This hand selected barrel release is aged twelve years and bottled at barrel proof, 121.2 proof (60.6% ABV), and carries the signature of seventh generation master distiller Fred Noe. Matured for over a decade in charred new American oak, it delivers the rich, full-bodied character Knob Creek is known for, with deep notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, and baking spice followed by a long, warming finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the flavors, or over a large ice cube. Strict limit of 1 bottle per customer.","brand":"Knob Creek","offers":[{"title":"750ml","offer_id":67596677021864,"sku":"KNOBCREEK-12YR-CASKSTRENGTH-750ML","price":99.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0618\/8236\/8168\/files\/6B332F96-68C8-4F79-BD81-DDF69E4FF5DF.jpg?v=1790982123","url":"https:\/\/www.cypresscraft.com\/products\/knob-creek-12-year-cask-strength-kentucky-straight-bourbon-whiskey-hand-selected-barrels","provider":"Cypress Craft Beer \u0026 Liquor","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
