This Cypress Craft Beer \u0026amp; Liquor store pick is aged 9 years in West Tennessee white oak barrels and bottled at full barrel strength, 130.01 proof (65.01% ABV). The mash bill is 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. As a single barrel release, each bottle comes from one individual barrel, so character can vary slightly from barrel to barrel. Expect a rich, full-bodied pour with sweet corn, caramel and toasted oak notes backed by gentle rye spice. Best sipped neat or with a few drops of water or a single large ice cube to open up the flavors, and strong enough to stand up in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.","brand":"Old Dominick","offers":[{"title":"750ml","offer_id":67813432623272,"sku":"OLDDOMINICK-SINGLEBARREL-9YR-750ML","price":64.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0618\/8236\/8168\/files\/IMG_9072.jpg?v=1793831201","url":"https:\/\/www.cypresscraft.com\/products\/old-dominick-select-single-barrel-straight-tennessee-whiskey-9-year-barrel-strength-cypress-craft-pick-750ml","provider":"Cypress Craft Beer \u0026 Liquor","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
