Tepache is a wonderful Mexican fermented beverage made from the fermented rinds of pineapples, with cinnamon and brown sugar. Bittermens has made the first ever high proof version clocking in at a clean 40% ABV. The flavors stay true with notes of gingerbread, tropical fruit and pepper. An excellent cocktail ingredient.
