Bardstown Bourbon Co. 2026 Discovery Garryana Oak Finish

Bardstown Bourbon Company 2026 Discovery is a blend of straight bourbon whiskies finished in Garryana oak barrels, a rare Pacific Northwest oak that is seldom used in American whiskey. Bottled at 56.4% ABV (112.8 proof) in a 750ml bottle, it is a bold, high-proof release from the distillery's Discovery Series, which is known for experimental cask finishes. The Garryana oak finish adds a distinctive layer of wood influence over the bourbon base, making it an interesting bottle for collectors and bourbon fans looking for something different. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the aromas.
