TASTING NOTES

Toffee, butterscotch, orange zest, smokey oak, spices, sublet root beer and stewed cherries are call-outs.

Appearance:
Mahogany... deep, dark, intriguing. Medium char after-effects, artisanal perfection.

Palate:
Silky, viscous mouth feel, roasted almonds, candied citrus peel. Cinnamon and caramel lead to a well-balanced flavor profile. Crushed toffee and subtle mint finish.

Nose:
Sweet maple, with vanilla and caramel undertones.

Finish:
Medium finish with a peppery rye spice on the side palate.
