Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey 116 Proof 750ml

Cedar Ridge Barrel Proof is a small batch straight bourbon whiskey from Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa, which has been producing whiskey since 2005. Bottled at barrel proof, 116 proof (58% ABV), without dilution, it is non-chill filtered and aged in No. 3 char barrels. This bottle is from Batch No. 0011. Barrel proof bottlings like this one are known for a bold, full-bodied profile with rich oak, caramel and baking spice, and a long, warming finish. It is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, and also stands up well in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
