Bottled from single casks, these unique whiskies are a testament to diversity and influence of individual casks, offering unrepeatable expressions from both renowned and lesser known distilleries.

Nose: Vanilla toffee and custard cream biscuits. Fizzy fruit Kola Kubes and some floral honey.

Palate: Initially a peppery spiciness on the attack, but the honey sweetness finally prevails. Some light fresh fruits and a little toasted almonds.

Finish: Medium in length. Vanilla sugar over a crème brûlée. Some warming toasted oak.
