Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a sour mash bourbon produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. It is named for the distillery's longtime master distiller, who is credited with pioneering the modern single barrel bourbon category. Each bottle is drawn from an individually selected barrel rather than blended across batches, so subtle variation from barrel to barrel is part of the character. Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). The flavor profile is smooth and balanced, with notes of vanilla, honey, caramel, and toasted oak, finishing with light spice and a gentle sweetness. Enjoy neat or on a single large ice cube to appreciate its nuance, or use it in a classic Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
