Knob Creek 12 Year Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Hand Selected Barrels

Knob Creek 12 Year Cask Strength is a limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from the Knob Creek distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. This hand selected barrel release is aged twelve years and bottled at barrel proof, 121.2 proof (60.6% ABV), and carries the signature of seventh generation master distiller Fred Noe. Matured for over a decade in charred new American oak, it delivers the rich, full-bodied character Knob Creek is known for, with deep notes of caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, and baking spice followed by a long, warming finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the flavors, or over a large ice cube. Strict limit of 1 bottle per customer.
