Michael Collins Irish Whiskey

Michael Collins Irish Whiskey is a triple distilled Irish whiskey bottled at 40% ABV, named after the Irish revolutionary leader known as The Original Rebel. Triple distillation is a hallmark of traditional Irish whiskey and gives the spirit a light, smooth character. Expect a gentle profile of vanilla, honey, and soft grain with a clean finish. It is approachable enough to sip neat or on the rocks and works well in Irish coffee, highballs, and classic whiskey cocktails. Available in a 750ml bottle.
