Michter's traces its heritage to 1753 and distills in small batches according to its pre-Revolutionary War quality standards. Made with the sour mash process, this whiskey is bottled without dilution to preserve the character it develops in the barrel. It is generally associated with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and baking spice with a long, warming finish.
