Nashtucky Honey Cask Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey 6 Year Single Barrel Cask Strength

Nashtucky Whiskey Co. Honey Cask Kentucky Bourbon is a 6 year old single barrel straight bourbon whiskey finished in honey casks. Bottled at cask strength (110.8 proof, 55.4% ABV), it is non-chill filtered and hand bottled from premium barrels, so each bottle reflects the character of one individual barrel. The honey cask finish adds a rounded, honeyed sweetness to the bourbon's oak and caramel backbone, and the barrel-proof strength keeps the flavor concentrated and full-bodied. Best enjoyed neat or with a single large ice cube, and strong enough to hold up in a spirit-forward Old Fashioned.
