Old Dominick Select Single Barrel Straight Tennessee Whiskey 9 Year Barrel Strength Cypress Craft Pick 750ml

Old Dominick Select Single Barrel is a Straight Tennessee Whiskey distilled, aged and bottled by Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis, Tennessee, a family-owned distillery. This Cypress Craft Beer & Liquor store pick is aged 9 years in West Tennessee white oak barrels and bottled at full barrel strength, 130.01 proof (65.01% ABV). The mash bill is 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. As a single barrel release, each bottle comes from one individual barrel, so character can vary slightly from barrel to barrel. Expect a rich, full-bodied pour with sweet corn, caramel and toasted oak notes backed by gentle rye spice. Best sipped neat or with a few drops of water or a single large ice cube to open up the flavors, and strong enough to stand up in an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
