The nose presents sweet scents reminiscent of waffles covered in maple syrup along with cinnamon spice and cherry. On the palate, cinnamon and rye spice flavors pop first, followed by brown sugar and oak. The palate is slightly dry with oak, cinnamon, leather, and some peppery rye spice.
