Redemption Sur Lee

A first-of-its-kind rye whiskey innovation inspired by the French winemaking technique known as 'Sur Lie', French for the 'on the lees. To create this innovative offering, we take the Rye mash bill and break conventional whiskey-making norms by adding the backset, which we call 'whiskey lees', into the barrels after distillation. The result of this innovative technique is a delicious whiskey expression that is bursting with flavor, accentuated with a silky, creamy, and soft mouthfeel.
