Rock Hill Farms Single Barrel Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, drawn from Mash Bill #2, the same recipe behind Blanton's and Elmer T. Lee. Named for a stretch of farmland along the Kentucky River, it is bottled at 100 proof from an individual barrel, so character can vary slightly bottle to bottle. Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, orchard fruit, and baking spice, with a long, warm, balanced finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
